No Calls or SMS Service value is included – if call or SMSes are used, the data allowance will be cut short.
Please note that the USER IS RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that the phone does not make call or send SMS.

SIMCARD.SG reloads the amount of money required for the number of days purchased according to the telco plan (S$3-4 per 24 hour period).
Telco deducts the money according to your usage.

In case of dispute, telco records will be used to verify usage and act as final proof.

Passport Registration is compulsory before using SIM Card as required by telco for IDENTITY VERIFICATION.
Instructions will be provided on how to submit your registration details to us.

There is a MINIMUM Service period of 4 days to prevent service disruption.
Each day is a 24 hour period. If you start using data at 3.05pm, the 1GB will expire at 3.04pm the next day.
You only need to pay for the calendar days you use. Usage days do not need to be consecutive.
When you don’t turn on the data for the day, no need to pay for that day.

Please note that all days purchased must be used within 1 month of card activation.
